Is the €200 setup fee refundable?

Yes. If we present the initial design and you absolutely hate it (and we can't fix it to your liking), we will refund the setup fee completely. We share the risk.

Do I own the website?

This is a service, not a product purchase. As long as you subscribe, the site is live. If you cancel, the site goes down (or you can buy out the code for a one-time fee of €800).

How long does it take?
